La mia opera è un omaggio che faccio alla tavola. Il mangiare per me è un momento che ci unisce e che ci riporta ai bei momenti del passato. Ho rappresentato Il Cacciucco, piatto povero ma tipico viareggino simbolo di ricordo e speranza per il futuro.
My work is a tribute I pay to the table. Eating for me is a moment that unites us and brings us back to the good times of the past. I represented Il Cacciucco, poor but typical dish from Viareggio symbol of memory and hope for the future.
Mein Werk ist eine Hommage an den Tisch. Essen ist für mich ein Moment, der uns verbindet und uns in die guten Zeiten der Vergangenheit zurückführt. Ich repräsentierte den Cacciucco, ein armes, aber typisches Gericht aus Viareggio, Symbol der Erinnerung und Hoffnung für die Zukunft.
Mon œuvre est un hommage à la table. Manger pour moi est un moment qui nous unit et qui nous ramène aux bons moments du passé. J’ai représenté il Cacciucco, plat pauvre mais typique de Viareggio, symbole de souvenir et d'espoir pour l’avenir.
